Social Media Content Management
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
LinkedIn & Social Media Manager (Talently Launch Focus)
I’m looking for a skilled freelancer to help manage my LinkedIn profile and social media content in the lead-up to the launch of my new startup, Talently — a platform built to disrupt the traditional recruitment and job search industry in Australia.
Your role will be to help build awareness, intrigue, and engagement as we move through development and into pre-launch. This includes:
• Managing my LinkedIn presence as Founder & Director of Talently.
• Creating and scheduling text-based posts that are conversational, insightful, and spark discussion.
• Designing simple, eye-catching visuals or banners to complement posts and align with Talently’s branding.
• Suggesting content ideas and themes that reflect the Talently ecosystem and our “Don’t just SEEK — be SEEN” message.
• Tracking engagement and iterating on what works.
Tone should be authentic, engaging, edgy, and Australian, with a balance of professionalism.
Deliverables will include regular weekly posts, occasional campaign bursts, and creative assets optimised for LinkedIn (with possible repurposing to other socials later).
If you have experience managing LinkedIn profiles for founders or startups, crafting narrative-driven content, and are confident helping a new brand make noise ahead of launch — I’d love to hear from you.
