About Us
Just Create It is an award-winning Australian creative agency specialising in Shopify website design, branding, and digital strategy. We’ve recently rebranded and are looking for a highly creative Social Media Content Creator to help grow our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
This is a long-term role for someone who understands branding, design, and content strategy — and who can match our new aesthetic.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time content creator to manage, plan, and execute all social media content for our brand. This role involves content creation, posting, scheduling, engagement, and growing our community.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and post engaging, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Post daily IG Stories (Mon–Fri), 4–5 feed posts per week, and consistent Reels
• Edit Reels with on-screen text, transitions, aesthetic layouts, and trending audio
• Write captions, choose hashtags, and follow platform trends
• Manage TikTok content and weekly posting
• Build and grow our Pinterest presence (highly valued)
• Engage daily with followers (comments, DMs, liking, outreach)
• Create mockups, branding visuals, and creative filler content when needed
• Work closely with Jenny (Director) to maintain brand standard and visual tone
• Schedule posts using Later (we provide subscription)
Requirements
• Proficient in Canva (we have a pro account), basic Photoshop or similar tools
• Strong sense of branding, design, typography, and visual storytelling
• Confident creating aesthetic Reels and occasional talking-style content
• Strong knowledge of Instagram/TikTok trends
• Good communication and ability to work independently
• Experience managing or growing a brand account is a big plus
• Reliable, organised, and highly creative
Work Hours
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Applicants MUST be in a timezone close to Sydney (GMT+7 to GMT+11).
Preferred countries: Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam.
Choose one shift (Sydney time):
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation
• AUD 400 per month, paid weekly every Friday
• Opportunity for pay increases based on performance
• Long-term, stable role with clear expectations
• Work remotely with an Australian-based creative agency
