Full-Time Social Media Content Assistant

We're looking for 1–2 full-time Social Media Content Assistants to join our growing team.
This is a fully remote, full-time position, giving you the flexibility to work from home while helping manage and grow content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X (Twitter).

About the Role
You'll be responsible for editing, uploading, and managing short-form content across multiple social media platforms for our creators.
Our workflow is simple and organised. Video clips are automatically uploaded to our Discord server, so there is no content sourcing required.

Responsibilities
Download video clips from our Discord server.
Edit short-form videos (captions, text, timing, transitions, subtitles, etc.).
Upload content to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.

Write engaging captions, titles, hashtags, and descriptions where required.
Ensure all content is posted according to schedule.

Maintain high-quality uploads and attention to detail.
Communicate with the team regarding completed tasks and any issues.
What We're Looking For
Reliable, organised, and self-motivated.
Strong attention to detail.

Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
Comfortable working independently from home.
Able to meet daily posting deadlines.
Experience editing short-form content is preferred but not essential.

Good written English and communication skills.
Willing to learn, accept feedback, and grow with the team.

Performance Bonuses
In addition to your agreed salary, you'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based

bonuses:
$30 – Consistently complete all scheduled uploads while maintaining high-quality work.
$50 – A video reaches 500,000 views within 30 days.
$100 – A video reaches 1,000,000 views within 30 days.
$50 – An account gains 500 new followers.
$100 – An account gains 1,000 new followers.

Team Communication
To ensure everyone stays aligned and continues improving, we hold weekly Zoom meetings to review performance, discuss progress, provide feedback, and plan for the week ahead. Shortlisted candidates will also be added to a WhatsApp group with the business owners for day-to-day communication and task management.
