Social Media & Community Assistant

Hosting Verified is looking for a general assistant to support our CEO & CMO with social media and community activity.
Key responsibilities
• Support social planning, posting and engagement across LinkedIn, X/Twitter and other channels
• Help with Reddit: finding relevant threads, drafting replies and sharing content appropriately
• Monitor comments, DMs and mentions; flag important items and draft responses
• Research hosts, tools and industry topics to feed into content and discussions
• Keep basic tracking of posts, performance and tasks
Requirements
• Strong understanding of the web hosting industry (shared/VPS/cloud, panels, WordPress, etc.)
• Excellent written English and confident brand-safe communication
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working from clear processes
• Experience managing social media or communities is strongly preferred
