I already run Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts for my business, but they feel disjointed and—most importantly—none of the posts are turning into appointments. I want a specialist who can take what is there, refine the look and messaging, and build a simple funnel that starts with an engaging post and ends with a confirmed booking in my calendar.
Here’s what needs to happen: all three profiles get a refresh so the branding and calls-to-action are consistent, every post is written with a clear “Book Now” angle, and the link or swipe-up drives people straight into WhatsApp. Once they land there, an automated flow must kick in: it captures their preferred date/time, sends an appointment confirmation instantly, and leaves me with a tidy list of bookings to review.
I’m open to the tools you prefer—Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, ManyChat, or the native WhatsApp Business API—as long as the end result is a smooth experience for the user and less manual work for me.
