What You'll Be Doing:
• Be our Quality Control Expert. You'll be the final set of eyes on all our content. This means meticulously reviewing our YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and Facebook posts for errors in subtitles, captions, music, and formatting. Your attention to detail ensures our brand always looks polished and professional.
• Help us build our online community. This isn't just about posting; it's about connecting with people. You'll share our stories and content across a wide range of travel-focused platforms and communities like Reddit, TripAdvisor, and Lonely Planet, sparking conversations and expanding our reach.
• Track and report on our success. Use simple Excel spreadsheets to track feedback, errors, and post-performance.
• Stay in the know. Keep up with the latest social media trends and competitor activities to help us brainstorm new content ideas.
• Keep our content flowing. Assist with daily tasks like scheduling posts, managing hashtags, and engaging with our followers.
Who We're Looking For:
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality content.
• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with using basic Excel for tracking and reporting.
• The ability to work independently for 3–4 hours daily during AEST hours, including evenings.
• A reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
