Social Media Assistant (US-Based) – Daily TikTok & Instagram Posting

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media Assistant based in the United States to help manage our daily social media publishing.

This role is focused primarily on posting pre-made content to TikTok and Instagram on a consistent daily schedule. Content creation is NOT required — all videos, captions, and creative assets will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Publish daily pre-prepared content to TikTok and Instagram
- Schedule posts for optimal posting times
- Ensure captions, hashtags, tags, and links are correctly added
- Monitor posts after publishing to confirm everything appears correctly
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar
- Coordinate with our team regarding content scheduling and priorities

Requirements:
- Must be located in the United States
- Experience with TikTok and Instagram account management
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow posting schedules consistently
- Basic understanding of social media best practices
- Good communication skills in English
- Available for daily execution (including weekends if needed)

Nice to Have:
- Experience using scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Familiarity with TikTok trends and platform behavior
- Basic reporting/analytics experience
