I run a fast-growing online agency and need a reliable appointment setter who can jump straight into our proven cold-outreach system. You will send scripted DMs on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram during US and UK shifts, aiming to book qualified calls for our sales team.
What the day-to-day looks like
• Copy-paste the messages I provide, personalize where needed, and send them from our business profiles.
• Note every interaction in the tracking sheet so the whole team can see real-time progress.
• Keep the conversation alive with polite follow-ups and friendly reminders.
• At the end of each shift, pull simple numbers from the sheet and report them back so we can adjust strategy quickly.

DM scripts, a clear KPI tracker, video training, and direct Slack access to senior setters—so you never wonder what to do next. Some prior social-media outreach experience helps, yet a coachable attitude is what matters most.
Tools & basics you need

Compensation & growth
The role starts with a base salary in the $650–750 range, plus performance-based commissions, bonuses, and frequent promotion opportunities. Consistency is rewarded here.
