Social Connector for Online Assistant Recruitment

We are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing **Social Connector** who can build strong relationships on social media and recruit reliable people who want to earn money as Online Assistants (remote/virtual assistants).
You will be responsible for expanding our network, creating engaging content, and bringing in motivated individuals who are interested in flexible remote work opportunities.
Build and grow your social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.)
Create and post content that attracts people interested in online earning opportunities
Actively connect with potential candidates through comments, DMs, and groups
Screen and gather people who want to work as Online Assistants
Build trust and maintain good relationships with the community
Meet weekly targets for new connections and quality recruits
Help manage and nurture a growing community of remote workers
**Requirements:**
Excellent communication skills (English is mandatory)
Experience in social media outreach, community building, or recruitment is a big advantage
Good at building genuine connections with people online
Self-motivated and consistent
Comfortable approaching and talking to new people
Basic understanding of remote work / online assistant jobs
Ability to work independently
