Snapchat Account Recovery

I need help recovering my Snapchat account. I'm currently locked out because I forgot my password and have been trying to use my username to recover it. However, I keep getting an "incorrect password" error.
I don't have access to the email or phone number to reset the password. I think I logged my snachat account into an email and then deleted that gmail. However I do still have the account on my laptop and I use that but it is not that practical for me as I have to use my laptop everytime I need to text or snap. And I am afraid that one day my laptop won't work or my snapchat has logged me out on that one too
