Skilled Virtual Assistant for Outreach Work
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE BIDDING: We are a U.S. based dealership looking to hire an experienced virtual assistant who understands social media outreach at scale. The task involves reaching out to luxury and exotic vehicle owners and sellers on Facebook through groups, pages, and marketplace listings. The nature of this work comes with a low conversion rate by design — the right candidate understands that volume is the strategy and rejection is part of the process.
The freelancer is responsible for sourcing, preparing, and managing a minimum of 3 aged Facebook accounts that appear to be from the United States. These accounts must look legitimate, have established history, and be maintained properly throughout the duration of the position. Setting up these accounts, keeping them in good standing, operating them through a VPN or residential proxy, and managing them across multiple exotic and luxury car for sale groups daily is entirely the freelancer's responsibility. Everything required to perform the core duties of this role must be provided by the freelancer themselves. That said, if any additional software, tools, or resources would make the position more efficient and productive, we are fully open to providing those to support your work and improve results.
English fluency is non-negotiable for this role. You must be able to write and communicate naturally, confidently, and convincingly in American English. A strong understanding of American slang, terminology, and everyday conversational tone is required — the messages sent must read as if they are coming from someone based in the United States. Any indication of broken English, awkward phrasing, or language that does not feel natural to an American reader will disqualify you immediately. The conversations you start need to feel genuine and human, not scripted or foreign.
You should have hands-on experience with aged account management, message volume pacing to avoid platform restrictions, and multi-account operation without triggering bans. This is not a beginner role and we will know immediately if you have not done this before. We have extensive experience hiring for this type of work and inexperienced applicants will be identified and terminated without hesitation. Do not apply if you have not managed multiple Facebook accounts for outreach purposes before.
Work is approximately 5 hours per day, 6 days a week with some scheduling flexibility. Pay during the initial 30 day trial period is $4 per hour. After 30 days we will evaluate your performance and discuss a formal long term salary with our agency. This is a serious long term position and we take care of those who show up and deliver results. ( we currently have 17 VA's from South Asia)
