We're a Web3/crypto project hiring a Short-Form Video Distribution Specialist (ongoing, monthly retainer + bonus). Simple work: we provide finished short videos + ready-made captions; you publish them on schedule to our designated accounts (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X), keep accounts active, and report basic metrics. No editing and no crypto experience required - basic English is enough. Compensation = base + commission: base US$400-600/month PLUS performance bonuses tied to views/engagement milestones (on-target US$800-1,200/month). 100% remote, long-term, paid monthly.
