Setup Social Media for Small Business

I have a small business which is into recruitment and training. I would like it to be professionally setup and configured to build my brand online. I presently have a presence on LinkedIN. But I need someone to set it up so that I'm using it optimally and also help with building up my brand on other SM accounts too (IG, TW, FB). I need someone who has done this for organizations preferably and apply their insight to my business.
