Both my Instagram profile and business Facebook page are under attack right now—unauthorized log-ins, threatening DMs demanding money, and a flood of fake reviews and comments. I have already filed basic reports with Meta, but that is the only step I have taken so far. Passwords, two-factor authentication, page roles, apps, and Business Manager settings still need a thorough audit and lockdown, and the defamatory content has to be removed or buried quickly before it spreads any further.
I’m looking for someone who understands the Meta ecosystem end-to-end—Instagram settings, Facebook Page roles, Business Suite, Commerce/Ads Manager, and the often-hidden support escalation routes—so we can secure both accounts in one coordinated push.
Key deliverables (all must be completed to wrap this job):
• Lock out any unauthorized users and apps, then reset all passwords and turn on 2FA across Instagram, Facebook, and Business Manager.
• Sweep each platform for fake reviews, comments, and posts; compile a list, remove what can be deleted, and escalate the rest through the correct reporting channels.
• Draft a short response template I can post publicly if negative content reappears.
• Provide a concise, step-by-step playbook so I can maintain the new security posture on my own.
