Savage Fitness Appointment Setter Needed

I’m buried under roughly 250 warm conversations from my latest fitness ads and more pile in every day. Each prospect has already raised a hand—now they need consistent follow-up and a clear path to my calendar.

You’ll take point on every chat, working almost exclusively through Instagram, we must have a relentless follow up game here too - GIFs, straight text—whatever moves the prospect forward while sounding human and on-brand is fair game.

I’m looking for someone who:
• Writes like a native English speaker and can match the upbeat, no-BS tone fitness prospects respond to.
• Thrives on ambitious daily targets and isn’t afraid of high-volume outreach.
• Knows basic fitness jargon so the conversation feels authentic, not scripted.
• Treats each lead as a relationship to be nurtured, not a number to be burned through.

I have Revio which is an IG focused CRM to manage this pipeline, it also has an AI copilot built in to help guide responses so you will get help as we go and data to see what's working best in real time, I have the option to fully automate with this tool but I would rather have a savage partner who can manage the platform and help set the appointments with it.

Compensation is a performance basis per appointment, I've already paid to bring them in, so I will pay 25 dollars per person you take from warm lead to booked call.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Fast, thoughtful replies that keep every conversation alive until the prospect is qualified or disqualified.
2. A steady stream of booked calls added to my calendar—starting with the 240-plus already queued.
3. Simple, daily updates on who was contacted, outcomes, and next steps so nothing slips through the cracks.
