You’ll take full ownership of optimization, content planning, posting cadence, and community interaction. The audience engages with videos, images, stories, live content, and well-timed text posts, so we need a balanced, platform-native content mix while maintaining one unified brand voice across both accounts.
Monthly Deliverables
• A data-backed growth strategy for each platform
• A bilingual (Arabic/English) content calendar with creative concepts
• End-to-end production or coordination for short-form videos, graphics, and captions
• Weekly analytics reports (growth, reach, engagement, audience insights)
• Rapid adjustments to strategy when numbers drop
• Trend-driven ideas tailored to the Saudi audience
Who We Are Looking For
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh preferred)
• Fluent in Arabic, strong understanding of Saudi culture & trends
• Proven wins in growing influencer accounts in the region
• Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, Snapchat Spotlight, Instagram Reels
• Experience building personal brands and increasing monetizable engagement
• Ability to grow followers, views, and active engagement, not just vanity metrics
• Portfolio or examples of accounts previously managed
Success Criteria
• Consistent, measurable growth within the Saudi demographic
• Strong engagement ratios, not inflated or low-quality followers
• Clear recommendations for scaling organic and paid strategies
