Salary-based VA for Link Building
Budget: $50 – $150 USD
We are a growing digital marketing agency focused on helping websites improve their search engine rankings through ethical and high-quality SEO practices. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team on a monthly salary basis to handle ongoing link building and outreach tasks.
Job Description:
As our Link Building VA, you will be responsible for executing outreach campaigns, identifying link opportunities, and maintaining organized records of all link building efforts. You’ll work closely with our SEO team to ensure we’re building high-authority, relevant links that boost site performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual outreach for guest posting, link insertions, and niche edits
Identify and qualify potential backlink opportunities
Manage communication with webmasters/bloggers
Maintain outreach spreadsheets and report weekly progress
Create profiles and citations (if required)
Monitor backlinks and ensure links are live and relevant
Follow white-hat link building strategies only
Requirements:
Proven experience in link building or SEO outreach
Strong written communication skills in English
Knowledge of tools like Ahrefs, Hunter.io, Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.
Highly organized and detail-focused
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Work Hours:
Full-time – 40 hours/week
Monday to Friday (flexible with time zone overlap)
