SEO & Social Media Growth Specialist for Digital Agency Website
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We’re looking for an experienced SEO and Social Media Specialist to help boost our digital agency’s online presence through organic growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in SEO optimization and social media management, with the ability to deliver measurable results in traffic, engagement, and rankings.
This role requires someone who can take full ownership — from conducting a complete SEO audit to creating daily social media content (posts & reels) that aligns with our brand tone and digital marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
SEO:
• Perform a comprehensive SEO audit and present a prioritized action plan
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website on-page elements (titles, meta, content, interlinking, etc.)
• Fix technical SEO issues (speed, crawlability, mobile, schema, etc.)
• Build ethical, white-hat backlinks and improve domain authority
• Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall performance
Social Media (Facebook & Instagram):
• Develop monthly organic content calendar
• Create and post engaging daily content (posts, carousels, reels, stories, etc.)
• Research and implement relevant hashtags to improve reach and engagement
• Build community and engagement through authentic interactions
• Share performance reports and improvement insights
Deliverables:
• SEO Audit Report with prioritized recommendations
• Month by Month SEO Roadmap (on-page, technical, and off-page)
• Social Media Content Calendar for Facebook & Instagram
• Monthly Performance Reports (traffic, rankings, engagement metrics)
Requirements:
• Proven experience in SEO (with portfolio or case studies of past success)
• Strong understanding of the latest Google algorithm updates and white-hat SEO practices
• Experience growing organic reach on Facebook & Instagram
• Ability to create engaging, conversion-focused social media content
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
