Project Description:
I need a professional SMM + Targeting specialist to fully manage and grow my Instagram page for a tourism business in Sharm El Sheikh.
My audience is Russian-speaking tourists, so Russian language is required.

Scope of Work:
• Create a monthly content plan
• Write texts for all posts (Russian)
• Edit photos/videos and prepare content
• Design Reels, Stories, and static posts
• Post 12–15 feed posts per month
• Post 30–45 Stories per month
• Maintain a clean, attractive brand style
• Develop a full advertising strategy (FB + Instagram)
• Launch ad campaigns (Direct messages + lead forms)
• Audience testing (cold, warm, lookalike)
• A/B testing of creatives and offers
• Weekly optimization of campaigns
• Prepare weekly analytics reports (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, DMs, leads)

Requirements:
• Experience in SMM + ads for services or tourism
• Portfolio of similar projects
• Russian language (mandatory)
• Ability to start immediately
• Daily communication
• Reliability and long-term cooperation

Budget:
• Monthly fee: up to $400
• Ads budget: paid separately by me (~$400)
