I run a local retail store and I’m ready to hand the reins of our Facebook and Instagram presence to a dedicated specialist. What I need goes beyond basic scheduling: you’ll plan, film and edit short-form videos in-store, write engaging captions, and publish fresh content every single day.
Key content pillars are already clear—product showcases, behind-the-scenes snippets and authentic customer testimonials. You will visit the shop regularly (we can coordinate a fixed weekly slot) to capture new footage, brainstorm creative angles with me and keep our visual library stocked.
A big part of the role is turning that organic content into paid performance. I rely on Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Boosts to drive foot traffic, so confidence in audience targeting, look-alike creation, A/B testing and monthly reporting is essential.
Deliverables I expect:
• A rolling 30-day content calendar with daily post drafts
• At least three original videos per week shot on-site
• Continuous campaign setup, optimisation and clear ROI reports
