Restore Hacked Facebook & Instagram

Both my Facebook and Instagram profiles are currently locked after an attacker slipped in, changed the login email, and attached their own Google Authenticator. Meta support has only taken me halfway—I opened a ticket and proved my identity, but the final unlock never came through.

I need someone who already knows the inner workings of Meta’s recovery flow—identity verification links, disabled-account forms, trusted-contacts, live chat escalations—and can cut through the second-factor roadblock so I end up with:

• Full, password-only access to both accounts
• The intruder’s authenticator and devices completely removed
• Fresh two-factor set up under my own control

I can supply any proof of ownership they request (photo ID, original sign-up email, screenshots of support threads, etc.). Experience dealing with hacked or disabled Meta accounts is essential; please outline a rough action plan when you bid, along with an estimated turnaround.
