Resolve Meta Business Verification Hurdle

Meta Business Manager / Facebook Business Verification Issue

I am looking for an experienced Meta Business Manager / Facebook Business Suite expert to help resolve an account verification issue.

Problem:

* I have full access to my Facebook account.
* I have full access to my Instagram account.
* I have access to the registered email address.
* I have successfully changed both Facebook and Instagram passwords.
* I no longer have access to an old phone number (+65 9247 6368).

The issue is that Meta Business Manager / Business Suite continues to require verification using the old phone number. This prevents me from:

* Adding users or social media managers to my business account.
* Managing business permissions.
* Updating business verification details.
* Removing or replacing the old phone number.

Attempts already made:

* Added new phone number.
* Added and verified email address.
* Changed Facebook password.
* Changed Instagram password.
* Attempted to replace old number in Accounts Center.
* Attempted to add new number through Meta Accounts Center.

Current status:

* Facebook accepts the new number.
* Instagram and Threads appear to be linked to the old number.
* Meta Business Manager still requests verification through the old number before allowing business-related changes.
