Social Media Texter and Conversation Manager (Remote)
What You Will Do
Log in via remote desktop software (AnyDesk) to manage my messaging accounts
Send thoughtful, confident, natural-sounding messages in English
Keep conversations organized, reply fast, and follow up consistently
Maintain tone, humor, and pacing that fits American culture
Track what is happening in each thread so nothing gets dropped
Optimize replies over time based on what works
Schedule Requirements (Hard Requirement)
7 days a week: 6pm to 12am EST
You must be very active during this window, checking messages at least every 5 minutes
Outside that window: check in once every 1 to 2 hours during your waking hours to clear messages
If you cannot meet this schedule consistently, do not apply.
Requirements
Native English speaker (must write like a native, not learned English)
Deeply in touch with younger-generation culture (Gen Z and younger Millennials, current slang, humor, online norms)
Understands how to write flirty messages that feel natural, confident, and respectful
Strong understanding of American and Western culture (humor, slang, social norms)
Very strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step instructions
Comfortable using remote desktop software (AnyDesk)
Prior experience doing high volume messaging, community management, social selling, or similar is a big plus
Compensation
R75 to R150 per hour depending on skill level
20 to 40 hours per week available based on performance and availability
