About the Role:
We’re hiring a remote (anywhere worldwide) engagement specialist to help grow new accounts. You’ll be responsible for community management across one social media platform — responding to comments, engaging with followers, and building community.
Responsibilities:
∙ Respond quickly to comments and direct messages
∙ Engage with industry-related accounts (likes, shares, comments, reposts)
∙ Foster positive community interactions
∙ Follow brand voice guidelines provided
∙ Report daily on engagement metrics
Requirements:
∙ Fluent English (written and spoken)
∙ Social media experience preferred
∙ Reliable and consistent schedule
∙ Ability to work independently
∙ Attention to detail
