Remote Part-Time Social Manager
Budget: $18 – $25 USD
I run a small but fast-growing apparel and tumbler line and host a weekly motivational podcast. I’m ready to hand off day-to-day digital duties to someone who can keep our voice consistent while pushing our reach further.
What I need each week (10–15 flexible, remote hours):
• Plan and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with the clear objective of growing genuine followers.
• Source, curate, and repurpose user-generated photos, videos, and reviews so the community itself becomes our best advertisement.
• Jump into comments, DMs, and tagged posts daily to spark conversation, answer quick questions, and keep engagement warm.
• Monitor basic analytics, then send me a concise report every Friday highlighting follower growth, top-performing posts, and the next small tweak we should test.
• Update product descriptions, images, or landing pages on the site whenever a drop goes live so social traffic has somewhere polished to land.
• Cross-promote fresh podcast episodes with short clips, quotes, or carousels to funnel listeners back to Apple, Spotify, or YouTube.
I already have brand guidelines, Canva templates, and a content idea bank, so you won’t be starting from scratch. Creativity, initiative, and a genuine interest in motivational or lifestyle niches will go a long way here.
If you’re organized, comfortable wearing both the strategist and community-manager hats, and excited to grow alongside a small brand, let’s talk.
