- I am seeking a freelancer to provide remote customer support for my business for Instagram.
- Posting a social content for two weeks in advance, will be done on a weekly & fortnightly basis.
- The primary channel for customer support will be through Instagram Direct & Live Chat.
- The expected volume of customer inquiries is low, with approximately 1-10 inquiries per day.
- The freelancer will be provided with training materials and resources to handle customer inquiries.
- Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer support software.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- The freelancer must be available to work remotely during business hours.
