Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Instagram Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow personal Instagram accounts.
Responsibilities:
Post daily reels (videos provided)
Be able to follow SOPs
Write simple captions based on examples given
Engage with followers: comments, likes, follow/unfollow
Research and use relevant hashtags
Track growth stats (followers, likes) on airtable
Follow detailed instructions carefully
Requirements:
Experience using Instagram (posting, hashtags, engagement)
Basic English writing skills
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
Must be comfortable with time-tracking software for work hours.
Bonus Skills (not required but a plus):
Experience with Canva or CapCut for basic video/photo editing
Previous Instagram or social media management experience
Understanding of basic social media growth strategies
DM with short presentation of yourself: Name, age, location, general work experience.
Compensation and Growth:
Starting rate: ₱150/hour
Raise and performance bonus after 1 month based on results
Long-term stable role with potential to increase hours/pay
