I am looking for an experienced Instagram growth strategist who can help analyze my page and provide a clear, data-driven strategy to grow it.

This role is focused on analysis, positioning, and growth — not video editing or basic content creation.

I need someone who understands how to grow a Reels-based page using strong hooks, audience psychology, and retention strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze my current content performance (what’s working / what’s not)
• Identify gaps and growth opportunities
• Suggest a clear content direction and positioning strategy
• Provide structured weekly and monthly content plans
• Recommend improvements for hooks, retention, and engagement
• Guide on building a strong and unique page identity
• Continuously track performance and optimize strategy

Requirements:
• Proven experience in growing Instagram Reels pages
• Strong understanding of viral content, hooks, and audience behavior
• Ability to analyze insights and give actionable strategies
• Experience with content positioning and branding
• Must provide proof of past results (pages grown, analytics, etc.)
