Real Estate Social Media Manager

I run a busy real-estate agency on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast and need a seasoned social-media specialist to turn our 900+ property listings into a steady flow of qualified inquiries. You will take full ownership of our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels, building campaigns that reach both local and international buyers.
What I expect you to handle:
• Day-to-day management of our Facebook Page, Instagram profile and TikTok account, including post scheduling, community engagement and quick replies to comments or DMs.
• Creation of compelling ad creatives, captions and short-form videos that highlight key selling points of each property.
• Strategic paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, using precise location, interest and keyword targeting to maximise lead volume while keeping cost per inquiry low.
• A weekly content calendar plus a monthly performance report with clear metrics, insights and optimisation recommendations.
Primary goal: increase property inquiries. A fixed monthly fee is on offer, topped up with a bonus when you hit agreed growth and conversion milestones.
