What the workflow looks like
• Copy-paste the caption, add the image, double-check tags and links.
• Schedule or publish on the day and time I specify.
• Grab a quick screenshot or link as proof and note any issues.
Tools are flexible. If you’re comfortable inside native dashboards, Buffer, Hootsuite or a similar scheduler, great—use whatever keeps the process smooth and error-free.
Acceptance criteria
• Every scheduled post appears on the correct account within the agreed window.
• Text, tags and visuals match my original document 100 %.
• Confirmation report (links or screenshots) lands in my inbox right after posting.
