Pune Social Media Specialists Needed

I’m looking for social media professionals located in Pune who can take over day-to-day execution for our Facebook and Instagram presence. I already have a well-defined strategy in place—audience personas, brand voice guidelines, content pillars, ad funnels, the works—so the immediate priority is expert implementation and continuous optimisation rather than high-level planning.
Here’s what I expect you to handle:
• Content creation: turn the existing calendar themes into high-quality posts, stories, and short-form videos that match our visual guidelines.
• Ad management: build and optimise campaigns inside Meta Business Suite, refine targeting, manage budgets and report on ROAS.
• Account growth: proactive community engagement, hashtag research, and collaboration ideas to keep follower and engagement curves moving upward.
You’ll work directly with me for approvals and have access to our asset library, brand book, and historical performance data. Strong familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Creator Studio, Canva or Adobe tools, plus solid analytic skills, will make you a great fit.
