Pstadio Community & Media Crew
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
Pstadio is my new SaaS platform and I’m ready to step up our public presence with a small, reliable crew. I’m looking for three complementary roles that can work together smoothly:
• Community Manager – You’ll keep conversations on-topic, friendly and helpful inside our forum and Discord. Daily tasks include moderating discussions, jumping into threads with practical answers, and proposing creative engagement ideas (AMA sessions, challenges, polls) that keep users excited. When a user is stuck, you’ll be their first line of support and loop me in only when necessary.
• Video Editor – I record raw screen-capture walkthroughs; you turn them into polished tutorial videos. Expect to handle trimming, subtle motion graphics, call-outs, and a clean audio bed so each clip feels concise and brand-consistent. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve is ideal, but use whatever gets crisp, fast results.
• Social Media Handler – Own our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn feeds. Schedule posts, repurpose tutorial snippets into short clips, draft witty copy that matches the brand voice, and track basic metrics so we can see what sticks and iterate quickly.
Workflow & cadence
I aim for two tutorial videos per week, daily light-touch moderation, and a steady social calendar (roughly one post per platform per weekday). We’ll coordinate in Slack, store assets in Google Drive, and use Trello for task tracking.
Success looks like:
• Engaged, spam-free community threads
• Tutorials that average 70% viewer retention on YouTube
• Consistent social growth with clear, monthly metric snapshots
