Property Management Virtual Assistant Needed

Virtual Assistant for Rental Property Listings & Advertising (Remote, Part-Time to Full-Time)
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our rental property business with advertising, listing maintenance, and general remote property management tasks.
This role will start at 20 hours per week, approximately 4 hours per day for 5 days a week, with the opportunity to gradually increase hours based on performance and business needs.
Schedule
20 hours per week, approximately 4 hours per day for 5 days a week
Workdays generally follow US East Coast daytime hours
Potential for increased hours over time
Starting Pay
$5.50 per hour
Pay increase available if performance is strong and the position is a good fit
Key Responsibilities
Post and update rental listings on various rental platforms
Assist with social media posting and advertising tasks
Maintain accurate listing information, pricing, and availability
Support remote property management administrative tasks
Organize and track tasks carefully
Follow instructions well and complete work on time
Ideal Candidate
Highly organized and responsible
Strong attention to detail
Good written English
Comfortable using online platforms and social media
Able to learn quickly and work independently
Previous experience in virtual assistance, listing management, or property-related work is a plus
Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or Hospitable is a plus
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook is a plus
Basic knowledge of video creation/editing is a plus
Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
