Project Manager for Personal Branding Venture

## Looking for an Experienced Project Manager for a Long-Term Personal Branding Project
I am looking for a highly experienced **Project Manager** who can take full responsibility for managing my personal branding project from start to finish.
My long-term goal is to build a career in **modeling, fashion, social media, and the Asian entertainment industry**. I will primarily be based in the **Philippines**, but the candidate does **not** need to be from the Philippines. I am open to working with professionals from any country, provided they have the right experience and are capable of managing an international project.
I am **not** looking for a standard virtual assistant or someone who only manages my calendar. I am looking for someone who can organize, coordinate, and oversee the entire project from beginning to end.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Creating a complete project roadmap and timeline.
* Estimating the overall project budget.
* Researching, identifying, and evaluating the best specialists.
* Contacting and communicating with those specialists.
* Assisting with negotiations and collaboration arrangements.
* Coordinating every stage of the project.
One of the most important responsibilities will be finding a highly experienced **Creative Director / Image Director**.
Ideally, this person should have experience working with models, fashion campaigns, influencers, or artists. Experience within the Korean market would be a significant advantage, although it is not required.
The Creative Director will help define my complete visual identity, including:
* facial and body analysis,
* hairstyle and hair color,
* fashion direction,
* makeup style,
* target physique and body fat percentage,
* skincare and skin treatments,
* overall image, visual identity, and personal branding.
The project will also require building a team of experienced professionals, including:
* Fashion Stylist
* Hair Stylist
* Makeup Artist
* Dermatologist / Skincare Specialist
* Photographer
* Camera Operator / Videographer
* Modeling Coach
* Camera & Media Coach
* Expression / Performance Coach
* Dance Coach
* Vocal Coach
* Dietitian
* Personal Trainer
I will also need assistance with organizing flights, accommodation, logistics, and preparing a detailed budget for the entire project.
I am looking for someone with experience in **fashion, modeling, beauty, talent management, artist management, creative production, personal branding**, or similar industries, who is capable of independently building and coordinating a professional team.
This is **not** a short-term project. If you are the right person for this role, I see the possibility of working together for a long time—even after the completion of Phase 1—especially during the process of building my personal brand, social media presence, and future career.
As the project grows, I expect your responsibilities to grow as well, and your compensation would increase accordingly.
I am not simply looking for a freelancer to complete a single task. I am looking for someone interested in becoming a long-term partner and helping build this project over the years.
