Key Responsibilities:
- Content creation: Reels, posts, captions, graphics
- Posting & scheduling: 3–5 times a week
- Responding to comments and DMs daily
- Turning inbound messages into warm leads
- Monthly analytics reports

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with the UK property market, especially with portfolio landlords
- Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Expertise in lead generation through engaging content
