**Job Title:** Ongoing Video Editor + Social Media Manager for Podcast Shorts
I’m hiring a long-term freelancer to handle the editing and scheduling of my podcast short-form content.
I run a podcast focused on studying the world’s greatest athletes through biographies. I record long-form episodes using Riverside, which already generates Magic Moments, clips, and transcripts.
I need someone who can take that material and handle the execution side properly.

## Weekly Content Volume
* 1 long-form episode per week
* 3 medium-form clips per week (approx. 3 minutes each)
* 7 short-form clips per week (approx. 60 seconds)
All content comes directly from Riverside (Magic Moments and clips).
You are not creating ideas from scratch — you are refining and executing.

## Your Responsibilities
### 1. Riverside (Source)
* Access my Riverside account
* Use Magic Moments and existing clips
* Download clips and transcripts

### 2. Video Editing
* Edit content for:
* TikTok
* Instagram Reels
* YouTube Shorts
* Keep editing:
* clean
* engaging
* not overdone
* Add:
* subtitles (clear and readable)
* light, relevant B-roll only when needed
* Keep:
* my face and delivery as the main focus

### 3. Captions
* Write captions based on the transcript
* Tone must be:
* sharp
* clear
* grounded
* Do not use:
* cheesy motivational language
* generic advice
* begging-style CTAs

### 4. Thumbnails / Covers
* Use a strong frame from the video or create a simple clean cover
* Must look:
* bold
* minimal
* professional
* Avoid cluttered or templated designs

### 5. Scheduling (SocialBee)
* Upload all content to SocialBee
* Add captions
* Schedule posts correctly across platforms
---
### 6. File Organisation
* Store all final assets in Google Drive:
* video
* thumbnail
* caption
