Podcast Social Media Growth Manager
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I release a new podcast episode every day and keep a steady flow of promotional posts on my Facebook page, yet my follower count and reactions are no longer climbing the way I need. I’m looking for someone who can take full ownership of the channel—planning, creating, scheduling, and optimising each post—so the page drives measurable growth and becomes a reliable storefront for future merch.
You’ll work exclusively on Facebook for now, using Creator Studio or any Meta-approved tools you prefer. Your first priority will be to grow the audience and spark meaningful interaction around each episode promo. The second is to prepare the page for commerce: set up a product catalogue, coordinate shoppable posts, and make sure every item is easy to discover and buy without leaving the platform.
Key deliverables
• 30-day content calendar renewed monthly
• Daily post design, copy, and scheduling (reels, carousels, stories, or static images—whichever engages best)
• Community management: timely replies, comment prompts, and strategic cross-posting into relevant groups
• Monthly report highlighting follower growth, reach, engagement rate, and best-performing content
• Fully functional Facebook Shop with at least three products live, tagged, and linked to checkout
Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 15 % month-over-month follower increase within the first three months
• Average engagement rate meets or beats industry benchmarks for podcasts (I’ll share the current baseline)
• All product listings pass Facebook’s commerce review and display correctly on mobile and desktop
If you have a proven track record of scaling Facebook pages, know your way around Meta analytics and Ads Manager, and can turn routine promos into conversations that convert, let’s talk.
