Personal VA for Social Media Overhaul

Looking for a detail-oriented personal VA who can:
1. Own every stage of my social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Substack and podcast guest booking.
2. Prepare & brand my lead magnets
3. Podcast bookings - research relevant podcasts and keep me booked as a guest. Web scraping experience will be great.
4. Support my book promotions as needed

Design branded images (Canva or a tool you love)
Schedule them through Meta Business Suite
Actively jump into comments and DMs to keep the community feeling heard.

Turnaround matters to me—questions answered within the 3 hour window we both agree on, for communities 24 hours, community replies within the same business day wherever possible. As long as those standards are met, you can work when and where you want.

Deliverables I’ll measure:
• 5–7 brand-aligned graphics per week, correctly sized for each platform
• Daily monitoring and response across all channels
• One-page performance summary delivered monthly

Growth path:
Week 1 - 10 hours
Week 2 - 3: 20 hours each week
Week 4 - 8: 30 hours each week.
Week 9 its 40 hours per week.
