Personal Social Video Manager
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
My personal brand is growing quickly on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, and I want to hand the full video pipeline to a dedicated producer-manager so I can stay in front of the camera. Everything revolves around short-form and long-form vlogs: filming coordination, editing, captions, posting, and community interaction. No photo carousels or text-only posts—just engaging video that feels authentic and on-trend for each platform’s audience.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A content calendar that turns my raw ideas into a steady flow of vlogs (minimum three posts per week per platform).
• Editing that keeps the pacing tight, adds light motion graphics or captions where helpful, and optimizes aspect ratios for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
• Platform-specific upload management—thumbnails, titles, hashtags, and scheduling—plus timely comment moderation during the first 24 hours after each post.
• Performance tracking with simple weekly reports so we can iterate quickly on topics and hooks that work.
Clips will arrive via Google Drive; I edit in Final Cut Pro today, but I’m happy if you prefer Adobe Premiere or CapCut as long as the final exports are top quality and watermark-free. A quick test project (one vlog, three platforms) will serve as acceptance criteria before we move to an ongoing agreement.
