The role involves organizing, editing, captioning, scheduling, and posting content that aligns with our brand direction. We will provide raw videos, product photos, brand guidelines, and content ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and prepare short-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).
- Write engaging captions tailored to each platform.
- Schedule posts consistently to maintain an active presence across platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with our youth/action-sports style and brand identity.
- Collaborate with us to brainstorm new content ideas when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts or creating short-form video content.
- Proficiency in video editing tools/software.
- Strong understanding of trends on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Familiarity with youth/action-sports culture is a plus.
