Part-Time Student Recruiter El Salvador
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a bilingual (English / Spanish) recruiter who already lives in El Salvador and can devote part-time hours to building a steady pipeline of high-school applicants for our programs. Most days you will be online—chatting on WhatsApp, answering Instagram DMs, jumping on quick video calls—anything that helps you actively recruit prospective students in the virtual space. A few times each month you will step away from the screen to meet those students face-to-face at their schools or a mutually convenient location, answering questions and guiding them through next steps.
Success in this role rests on genuine rapport with Salvadoran teens, clear written and spoken English and Spanish, and the confidence to switch seamlessly between online outreach and in-person conversations.
