About the Role
We need a freelancer who can post and distribute our edited content across multiple platforms using multiple accounts (fan pages). This role focuses on growth hacking, consistency, multi-account posting, utilizing hashtags and captions, and testing various formats to increase reach.
Responsibilities
Upload Shorts/Reels/TikToks across multiple accounts
Create “fan page” style pages on each platform
Manage multi-account posting (VPN / proxies if needed)
Write captions, titles, hooks, and hashtags to maximize reach
Test publishing times, thumbnails, styles, and hashtags
Track analytics (views, retention, CTR) and report weekly
Research trends and adapt content to each platform
Expand into more platforms if needed (Snapchat Spotlight, Kwai, Pinterest, etc.)
Requirements
Experience with YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels
Understanding of viral content and algorithm triggers
Skilled in multi-account operations (safe posting, avoiding bans)
Knows how to grow pages quickly using fan-page strategies
Independent, fast, reliable
English or Russian communication is enough
Workload & Payment
Part-time, remote
Results-based bonuses possible (per viral video, per milestone)
Base rate discussed individually
