PLAIH Social Media Campaign

Job ID: 40143025

Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR

I’m coordinating the People-Led AI in Health (PLAIH) forum on 07 Feb, a public conversation about health sovereignty, individual agency, and data privacy in the AI age. Our goal is to build enough online momentum before, during, and after the conference to present a widely endorsed Digital Health Rights Charter at the AI Impact Summit (19-20 Feb). Full background is at www.raxa.org.

Scope of Work
You will own the narrative across Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, guiding the campaign through three clear phases:

• Phase I – Pre-Event Awareness (now → 07 Feb)
– Draft a channel-specific content calendar.
– Publish informative, call-to-action posts that invite the public to sign on to the movement.
– Create snackable graphics or short clips when they strengthen the story.
– Monitor replies and surface questions that need a quick response.

• Phase II – Live Coverage (07 Feb)
– Post timely photo updates from the venue (moments, reactions).
– Keep hashtags and mentions flowing so our virtual audience feels present.

• Phase III – Post-Summit Impact (08 Feb → 28 Feb)
– Release highlights, participant quotes, and behind-the-scenes reflections.
– Promote the completed Digital Health Rights Charter and drive traffic to its sign-up page.
– Deliver a brief analytics report showing reach, engagement, and top-performing messages.

Acceptance Criteria
1. Pre-event calendar approved at least 24 hrs before first scheduled post.
2. Minimum one live photo post every 30 minutes during key sessions on 07 Feb.
3. Charter announcement thread/posts published within 24 hrs of event close.
4. End-of-campaign metrics report submitted by 29 Feb.

Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite/Buffer, Canva or Adobe Express, and native Twitter/LinkedIn analytics will help you move quickly, but feel free to use whichever stack keeps output high and errors low.

If you can turn complex health-tech ideas into crisp, shareable stories and keep an ethical lens on AI, I’d love to see your approach and a couple of relevant samples.
