Role Overview

We are hiring a high-caliber overseas Virtual Assistant to support daily platform operations across modern digital marketing ecosystems.

This role sits inside active campaigns spanning Webflow, Reddit, Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and search-adjacent platforms. Your work directly supports content distribution, visibility, engagement, and narrative positioning.

This is not a passive role. Precision, awareness of platform dynamics, and consistency matter.

Core Responsibilities
1. Website & Webflow Support

You will assist with:

Updating Webflow pages (text, embeds, links, basic layout adjustments)

Publishing content and landing pages

QA checks across desktop and mobile

Monitoring site changes for errors or broken elements

Coordinating updates with internal instructions

No advanced design required, but accuracy is mandatory.

2. Platform Execution & Content Operations

You will support content and engagement across:

Primary Platforms

Reddit

Meta (Facebook + Instagram)

X (Twitter)

LinkedIn

Secondary & Supporting Platforms

TikTok

YouTube

Discord

Quora

Google Business Profiles

Niche forums and community platforms

Tasks include:

Posting and scheduling content

Formatting posts correctly per platform norms

Supporting comment engagement and replies

Monitoring traction and early performance signals

Flagging removals, restrictions, or account warnings

Tracking what content gains visibility vs what does not

You must understand that each platform has different rules, cultures, and sensitivities.

3. Community & Conversation Support

You will assist with:

Monitoring discussions and threads

Identifying relevant conversations to engage in

Supporting comment placement under guidance

Logging sentiment, objections, and recurring themes

Maintaining natural, human interaction patterns

This is not spam, and it is not bot activity.

4. Research & Platform Intelligence

You will conduct structured research such as:

Mapping relevant subreddits and communities

Identifying high-leverage posting times and formats

Tracking competitors’ platform activity

Noting trends, controversies, or algorithm shifts

Collecting screenshots and links for internal reports

Clear documentation is required.

Required Skill Set (Non-Negotiable)
Communication & Execution

Strong written English

Ability to follow exact instructions

Comfortable working across multiple platforms simultaneously

High attention to detail

Ability to recognize when something looks “off” or risky

Platform Familiarity

You must be comfortable navigating:

Reddit (threads, comments, rules, moderation)

Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram interfaces)

X (Twitter) posting and replies

LinkedIn posting and engagement

Experience with TikTok, YouTube, Discord, or Quora is a plus.

Tracking, Monitoring & Accountability (Mandatory)

This role requires full transparency and accountability.

You must agree to:

Use of robust remote monitoring software during work hours
