We want someone who understands short-form content, viral hooks, TikTok growth strategies, and how to create engaging educational and promotional content in the trading/tech niche.

The goal is to grow our TikTok organically through consistent, high-quality content that builds trust, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow our TikTok account organically
Create content strategies and posting schedules
Edit and publish short-form TikTok videos
Develop:
Hooks
Captions
CTA strategies
Trending content ideas
Repurpose existing content into TikTok format
Identify trends, sounds, and viral opportunities
Improve engagement and follower growth
Help position the brand professionally within the trading niche
Coordinate content around:
Trading automation
Prop firm trading
Trade copier tools
Trading education
Software demonstrations
Customer success/results
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience growing TikTok accounts organically
Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm and trends
Experience editing short-form content
Familiar with CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
Good storytelling and hook-writing ability
Able to create clean, modern, high-retention videos
Experience in:
