Organic Social Media Growth Pipeline
Budget: ₹5,000,000 – ₹0 INR
My brand already has a modest presence on the major social channels, but the content flow is inconsistent and reactive. I want to turn it into a well-oiled, organic pipeline that steadily multiplies our follower count by five to ten times over the next six months.
The first step will be a quick audit of what is live now—tone, formats, posting cadence, and historical engagement—so we can pinpoint the strongest hooks and the gaps that need plugging. From there I need a forward-looking content framework: an always-on calendar, clear themes tied to audience pain points and aspirations, and a repeatable workflow that lets us ideate, design, caption, schedule, and then track performance without bottlenecks.
You’ll be producing and/or repurposing high-impact visuals, short form video, and snackable copy that feels native to each platform; tool-wise I’m comfortable with whatever stack gets the job done—Canva, Adobe CC, CapCut, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, native schedulers—so long as files stay organized and editable in the cloud.
Deliverables for the first phase will include:
• A 90-day content strategy deck with growth projections and channel-specific KPIs
• A shareable content calendar loaded with post ideas, formats, and publishing dates (minimum four posts per channel per week)
• All creative assets templated for easy iteration plus accompanying captions and hashtags
• A simple reporting dashboard that visualizes reach, saves, shares, follower velocity, and conversion to newsletter or site traffic
We’ll review metrics every two weeks and refine the approach together, doubling down on what moves the needle and discarding what doesn’t. If you thrive on data-driven creativity and can keep momentum high without hand-holding, let’s build this engine.
