Develop a monthly content plan (reels, stories, posts, and carousels) focused on current political trends, awareness campaigns, and leadership image-building.
Increase organic followers, engagement rate, and reach.
Write captivating captions and hashtags aligned with the page’s voice and tone.
Manage posting schedule, maintain brand consistency, and respond to audience interactions.
Research trending political topics, memes, and influencer collaborations to maximize visibility.
Requirements:
Proven experience growing Instagram accounts organically (especially in politics, public figures, or advocacy domains).
Strong understanding of Indian political context, youth engagement, and content trends.
Ability to design eye-catching posts and reels using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
Fluent in English and Hindi/Marathi (preferred).
