Online Community Manager – Building an Online Business Community + Course

Part-Time (with potential to grow)
Fully Remote

We’re building something special — a supportive, results-focused online community for midlife professionals who want to quit the 9–5 and start their own online business.

Our program, the 3-6 Month Escape Blueprint, is designed to help students land their first paying client in 30–60 days and build toward full freedom in under a year.

We’re looking for an Online Community Manager to help lead, support, and inspire our members as they work through the program.

Your Role

You’ll be the heartbeat of the community — welcoming new members, making sure they’re progressing, running live sessions, and being the go-to person for questions, encouragement, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
• Community Engagement.
• Welcome and onboard new members.
• Post regular prompts, updates, and discussions to keep engagement high.
• Celebrate wins and encourage members who may be falling behind.
• Student Support & Accountability:
• Track student progress through the course and follow up where needed.
• Respond to member questions in the community platform within 24 hours.
• Provide guidance, resources, and motivation to help members stay on track.
• Live Workshop Hosting:
• Run live Q&A and accountability calls (1–2 per week).
• Occasionally deliver short training sessions based on course material.
• Coordinate guest workshops with external experts (optional).
• Content Coordination:
• Share updates from the founder inside the community.
• Assist in creating short resources (checklists, quick guides) for members.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
• Experience managing an online community, Facebook group, or membership site.
• Strong communication skills — friendly, approachable, and confident on video.
• Organised and proactive — able to spot when members need support without being told.
• Comfortable running live sessions and engaging groups online.
• Familiarity with tools like GHL, ClickFunnels, Skool, or similar platforms (training provided if needed).

The Right Fit for This Role Is:
• Passionate about online business, entrepreneurship, or personal growth.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.
• Self-motivated and happy to take ownership of keeping the community vibrant and engaged.

What We Offer
• Flexible remote work hours.
• Part-time to start (approx. 5–10 hours/week), with potential to increase.
• Competitive hourly rate or retainer.
• Opportunity to grow into a full time position with a fast-scaling online education business.

To Apply:
Well expect the following:
1. A short intro about you and your experience with community management.
2. Links to any online communities you’ve managed (if applicable).
3. A short Loom or video (2–3 mins) introducing yourself and why you’d be a great fit.
