Ongoing YouTube & Social Media Manager
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day running of my YouTube, Facebook and Instagram presence and I want someone who can start immediately on a long-term, full-time basis. The starting package is 1 Lakh PKR per month with room to grow as we hit our targets.
Your core mandate is simple: boost engagement across all three platforms. Everything you do—from the way you edit a YouTube Short to the caption you write for an Instagram carousel—should spark conversation, shares and meaningful interactions. You’ll have full access to existing brand assets, our content calendar, and all raw footage.
Here’s how I see the workflow:
• Strategy & Scheduling
‑ Map out a 30-day content plan that aligns with product launches and seasonal topics.
‑ Optimize posting times for the Pakistan time zone while keeping global audiences in mind.
• Content Production & Publishing
‑ Edit long-form and short-form video (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci—use what you’re fastest with).
‑ Design eye-catching thumbnails and image posts in Photoshop or Canva.
‑ Craft engaging copy and on-screen text that stays true to our voice.
• Community & Performance
‑ Reply to comments and DMs within 12 hours.
‑ Track watch time, retention, CTR, reach and engagement through YouTube Studio and Meta Business Suite.
‑ Deliver a concise weekly report highlighting wins, insights and next actions.
Acceptance criteria
1. Minimum five posts per week on each platform published on schedule.
2. Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares) improves by at least 15 % after the first 60 days.
3. All creative assets and editable project files are uploaded to the shared drive the same day they go live.
4. Weekly report submitted every Monday by noon PKT.
