Odoo WhatsApp API Error 190: "Invalid OAuth Access token - Cannot parse Access token"

We have an Odoo SAAS instance and we have the whatsapp api integration configured. But in the last days we have started to receive the Error 190. We need to re-setup the WhatsApp API integration in Odoo and regenerate the User System Token in Meta.
